Royal Pleasure is looking to be a “Storm Trooper” on his debut for Tomlinson Racing at Thirsk tomorrow. With the Jedi masters Michael & David Easterby training back at the yard, it will be down to Padawan Joanna Mason to use the force and guide Royal Pleasure through his first test and out to the light side!

Royal Pleasure was a £112k purchase for Sir Mark Prescott and won 3 times over the distance for him (on all weather) before moving yards where he finished a number of times in the places but over a further distance. In October2023, he moved to the Sheriff Hutton yard which was when Tomlinson Racing became his new owner! He underwent a successful wind operation in January 2024 and is already chomping at the bit having been working well at home. Everyone at the yard is hoping he will find his previous 95 rated form and will enjoy himself back on the course. We are all very excited to see him run again, but this time under our colours – blue and tangerine.
