On Saturday 29/6/24, Blueandtangerine ran at Chester in a extremely competitive 6F race. Having been sent off as a 50/1 outsider, she broke slightly behind the two favourites, and amateur jockey Lewis Chaukley quickly settled Blue in 3rd place. Coming off the bend both of the leaders pulled clear of the field but Blue managed to stay within striking distance! As the favourite finally pulled clear, she closed in on the second horse. In an outstanding performance, Blueandtangerine managed to get her head in front on the line to take a well deserved second place! Lewis and Blueandtangerine gave the attending members a very exhilarating day indeed, certainly one to remember!. We will be very excited to see Blue back on the course in the not so distant future, with a possibility of stepping up to 7F.
